Receive treatments once a week depending on the severity of pain or tension. Treatments will include evaluation of progress and evaluation of the treatment plan.
Enables the client to treat the problem areas themselves. This aids in preventing tension from returning to tight areas. Self-treating the problem areas will prevent the tissue from tightening in between treatments and help the therapist and the client make faster progress towards changing the tissue.

Mobility Training aids in changing the structure of the body in such a way that the body aligns itself naturally. This enables the muscles that support the body to relax and function normally, without chronic tension rigidity. The body learns this new posture by physically training the muscles of the body to support the new structure.
- CORE STRENGTHENING
Core Strengthening is the replacement of the old rigid muscle patterns with new, stronger and more mobile muscle patterns. This exercise strengthens the muscles that support the core of the body without creating negative tension patterns
