When you notice the first signs of pain or tension in your wrists and forearms, it’s time to do the self-treatment exercises. As you become more aware of your arm and wrist placement, as well as consistently do the self-treatment exercises, you’ll get healthy, supple, and flexible wrists and forearms. These self-treatment exercises shouldn’t take you any more than 5-10 minutes a day. And you’ll be ready to pounce, just like my little furry friend!
